This weekend, news broke that Grace Jackson, a contestant from Love Island 2024, is in a relationship with Manchester United player Marcus Rashford. This is a pairing I never anticipated.
Grace openly showed her affection for football players when she left the 2024 villa with Reuben Collins, but their relationship didn't last long. Now, the UK reality scene is buzzing with speculation that she's been dating England footballer Marcus for quite some time. On top of that, she was also supposed to appear on All Stars in the upcoming year! What in the world is happening?!
Grace From Love Island 2024 Is Dating Rashford!
This weekend, The Sun shared that Grace and Marcus are the newest trendy couple in Manchester. Marcus, of course, is a football player in the area, while Grace is well-connected as a local influencer who gained fame from Love Island. It’s not too shocking that their paths have likely crossed.
What’s surprising is that this has apparently been happening for months, and we didn’t even notice! A friend shared with The Sun, “Marcus and Grace have been casually seeing each other, and he’s taken her on several dates in Cheshire. They really click and share a lot of interests.”
Grace was previously in a relationship with Joey Essex and left Love Island 2024 alongside Reuben, although they broke up just weeks later. She has since started a romantic connection with Marcus and is really infatuated with him.
Marcus has been unattached since the summer of 2023. Reports suggest that he and Grace have been involved for a few months now. However, both Marcus and Grace have not publicly addressed the speculation surrounding their relationship.
Is Grace Set To Join The All Stars Lineup?
To add to the confusion surrounding this entire situation, there are also reports that Grace is interested in participating in All Stars next year. Regarding these speculations, a representative commented to The Sun: “Grace has been contacted about All Stars, and we are currently exploring all possibilities.”
I think she might have been offered something but decided to decline it. We'll just have to wait and see what happens first: an official announcement about Marcus or the reveal of the All Stars cast. That should give us some clarity!
