Jump to NavigationSkip to Website SectionsSkip to Site Search The summer is fast approaching and many people are already planning their vacations. Whether you're going on a beach trip or exploring a new city, make sure to pack your bags with all the essentials. From sunscreen to a good book, it's important to be prepared for any situation that may arise. Here are some tips for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation: 1. Plan ahead - Make a list of what you need to pack and start gathering these items at least a week before your trip. This way, you won't be rushing around last minute trying to find everything you need. 2. Pack light - Try to pack only the essentials and avoid overpacking. This will make it easier to navigate through airports and train stations, as well as save you from lugging around heavy suitcases. 3. Stay organized - Use packing cubes or ziplock bags to keep your belongings organized and easily accessible. This will also help prevent items from getting lost or damaged during transit. 4. Bring snacks - Having some snacks on hand can help keep hunger at bay and save you from spending a lot of money on expensive airport food. 5. Be flexible - Sometimes things don't go as planned, so it's important to stay flexible and go with the flow. Embrace unexpected changes and turn them into opportunities for new adventures. Remember to relax, have fun, and make the most of your vacation. Happy travels!

Andre Onana thinks that Manchester United are in good shape to have a better season and he believes that Erik ten Hag's team will do everything they can to compete in the upcoming season.
The Reds secured their first victory in the pre-season by beating Rangers 2-0 on Saturday. This win gives us a good start before our upcoming trip to the United States for Tour 2024, sponsored by Snapdragon.
It will bring back happy memories for Onana, who played his first game for the team overseas a year ago, and he is excited for the upcoming challenges.
"I was really thrilled because my initial match with United took place in America, so that's where I joined the team," Andre shared with MUTV's Zarah Connolly.
Onana: Exciting content is on the way to be shared.
Onana: Good Things Ahead
Andre is feeling positive about the future of the Reds as they look forward to Tour 2024, sponsored by Snapdragon...
We are filled with anticipation, not just for the upcoming pre-season games but also for the remainder of the season. It will be a challenge, but we are ready and putting in the necessary work. We are getting ready for this season and it promises to be a rewarding experience.
“We are ready to give it our all this year. Although last season had its challenges, we finished strong and learned a lot. This year is shaping up to be even better with exciting things in store for us.”
The goalie was happy to play his first game of pre-season against Rangers. He was the only player to play the entire 90 minutes in Edinburgh and even took over as captain in the second half, replacing Casemiro.
"Great to be back with the team, we've been working really hard," Onana shared. "We had a tough opponent but we managed to secure the win. I'm pleased with how we played and we'll continue to push forward. We still have a lot of work ahead of us but I'm feeling positive."
Facing this opponent is always a challenge, but as a Manchester United player, the expectations are always high. Starting strong and giving our all is crucial. We are prepared for a successful year ahead.
On Saturday, 21 players got valuable playing time on the field. Onana understands the importance of pre-season and team unity in getting everyone prepared to work together effectively once the competitive games start again.
"Having that strong bond right from the start is crucial, and the outcome speaks for itself," Andre informed us in the tunnel at Murrayfield following the victory against Rangers.
"When we work as a team, we have the power to defeat any opponent. This is our strategy and our mindset. We must stay united and embrace the experience because ultimately, our success depends on our own efforts rather than focusing on what our rivals are doing. Our preparation, teamwork, and dedication during pre-season are key factors in achieving our goals."
"We need to have great ball control and maintain our position. We must also be prepared to make defensive plays because our opponents have various strategies. If we listen to the coach and work as a team, we'll be able to handle whatever comes our way."
He stated, "It's great when we don't let the other team score, but I always remember that it's a team effort. It's not just about me on the field, it's about all 11 players and everyone who traveled here with us."
To start, I want to commend all of my fellow team members for coming together and showing great determination. They displayed strong teamwork and I believe this is the path we need to follow.
