Manchester United loanee Amad was keen to praise Reds youngster Facundo Pellistri after his impressive cameo performance in the victory over Real Betis in the Europa League.
Erik ten Hag's side cruised to a comfortable win over the Spanish outfit at Old Trafford on Thursday night, with Marcus Rashford, Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Wout Weghorst all scoring for United in the 4-1 triumph. The away side's only goal in the game came from Leicester City loanee Ayoze Perez.
After a disappointing defeat against Liverpool on Sunday afternoon, it was important that the Reds responded with a strong performance and a victory. There were a number of positives for Ten Hag's men on the night - one of which was the impressive showing from Pellistri after coming off the bench.

It was the 21-year-old Uruguayan's fifth appearance of the campaign, and while he was only on the pitch for eight minutes, the attacker performed well after replacing Antony. Pellistri played an important role in United's fourth goal in the clash - delivering the cross that was eventually converted by Weghorst.
Pellistri took to social media to express his delight with the win over Betis, which led to a host of his Reds teammates reacting to his own performance.
Amad - who is spending the season on loan with Sunderland - wrote: "Top top player", alongside a fire emoji.
Meanwhile, Anthony Elanga said: "Hit it up brooo".
Goalkeeper David de Gea also commented on the post, adding: "Grande facuuuuu!!!"
After the game, United manager Ten Hag was keen to praise the impact of the substitutes after coming onto the pitch. The Dutchman particularly lauded Pellistri for his role in the fourth goal.
"I think also the subs made a good impact," he said. "All - Aaron, Jadon and Ty, and you see when we bring the last two subs on [Scott McTominay and Facundo Pellistri], they made it 4-1 straight away.
"Great action from Pellistri, a finish by Scott and then the rebound is for Wout."
