Madonna Teaches Fallon Neon Dance Moves

Dressed in their dancing attire, Madonna and Fallon put on matching black jumpsuits with neon strips and sunglasses for their dance competition.

Fallon told the crowd that The Roots would be playing a beat, and Madonna and him would be showing off their best dance moves.

Because Madonna is Madonna, she was given the chance to go ahead first. As the lights in the studio were switched off, the singer of "Hung Up" changed into a glowing red stick figure, captivates the audience with her energetic dance moves, putting them in a trance like something out of Tron.

"Why do I bother?!" Fallon exclaimed once he was done. When the lights dimmed, Fallon's outfit glowed blue and he went back to doing old-school dance moves like the Running Man and shaking his booty. Madonna jokingly called them "his old man moves" after his performance ended.

"I believe I strained something," a breathless Fallon confessed.

The pair of dancers both had their own solo moments before coming together to dance in sync under the neon lights.

"I hope you warmed up your leg muscles," Madonna informed Fallon. "Come closer. You need to be flexible," she said, crouching down to demonstrate the correct technique as he participated.

Even though a winner wasn't declared, the outcome of a dance battle with Madonna is pretty much decided from the start.
