Is Mike Tyson vs. Logan Paul boxing fight next? Tyson calls out WWE star following loss against brother Jake Paul
Mike Tyson might not have had a standout performance in his first professional bout since 2005 against Jake Paul, but maybe "Iron Mike" could consider facing the other Paul sibling instead.
Tyson faced off against Paul at a full-capacity AT&T Stadium, ultimately losing by unanimous decision. This match marked Netflix's first live boxing event. However, viewers experienced some streaming problems, and Tyson, at 58, appeared to struggle against the much younger 27-year-old opponent.
Paul connected on 78 out of 278 attempts, achieving an accuracy of 28%, whereas Tyson hit 18 out of 97 shots, which is about 18%. This marked Tyson's third consecutive defeat and his first loss in more than 7,000 days.

After the match, Tyson shared with Ariel Helwani that he might not be done with the boxing scene just yet, regardless of what fans and celebrities had to say. He hinted at the possibility of stepping into the ring against Logan, Paul's brother.
Logan, feeling confused, paused for a moment to understand what had just been said.
“Damn it, I’d take you out, Mike,” Logan told Tyson directly.
Logan has stepped into the boxing ring previously. He kicked off the influencer boxing trend when he took part in an amateur match against KSI in 2016. Thanks to Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing, they were given the opportunity to face off again, and in their professional rematch, KSI came out on top.
In 2021, "The Maverick" took on Floyd Mayweather in a match that gained attention when Jake famously took Mayweather's hat. Paul, who is a former WWE champion, last competed in 2023, where he secured a victory against MMA fighter Dillon Danis by disqualification.

At this point, it’s unclear whether the match will actually happen. Paul has signed a multi-year contract with WWE and hasn't indicated any plans to go back to boxing. The question remains whether Tyson will still be keen on fighting if he needs to take a few months off to recover.
With the right price, anything can happen.
"Honestly, I believe I could have harmed him," Paul reflected after the incident.
