On Saturday (14 October), Drake announced on his Instagram that he has placed a colossal bet of $850,000 on Logan Paul to deliver a knockout punch to Dillon Danis in their upcoming match.

Paul, a popular YouTuber, has been exploring various areas such as boxing, WWE, and entrepreneurship in the past few years. He is scheduled to compete against fellow American Danis in Manchester, as part of the KSI vs Tommy Fury undercard.

The famous rapper from Canada, Drake, is known for placing large wagers on fights, despite often losing them. Recently, he posted a photo of his bet slip where he predicted that Paul, who is 28 years old, would knock out Danis, who is 30 years old and is popularly recognized as a former colleague of UFC legend Conor McGregor.

At the odds of 1.59, Drake, who is 36, made a bet that could result in a payout of $1,351,500. He also added a laughing emoji and wrote a message that advises against betting against someone who has a personal grudge and wants to settle a score.

People have been talking for weeks about the possibility that the Danis vs Paul fight won't happen. Many fans think that their intense hatred for each other will cause one of them to sabotage the fight. These concerns grew even stronger on Thursday, when the press conference for the KSI vs Fury and Paul vs Danis fights ended in chaos. Danis attacked Paul after the YouTuber tossed a small item at Danis' leg. Security had to intervene to stop the situation from escalating further.

The preparation for their altercation has been unpleasant as Danis has consistently targeted Paul's partner, Nina Agdal. Danis has shared many images and videos on social media featuring the Danish model with different males, which resulted in Agdal being given a temporary restraining order in September.

Danis has not taken part in any boxing matches yet. He decided not to participate in a scheduled bout against KSI in January due to the fact that he believed he wasn't prepared enough. Even though Danis is a skilled black-belt in jiu-jitsu, a recent video showed him getting caught in a choke by a bouncer in 2021. However, it's worth noting that he had sustained a significant injury around that time.
