Who is Laura Trott? Tory minister sat next to Rishi Sunak during Budget

After the budget was announced, she, who was the deputy of Chancellor Jeremy Hunt, made various media appearances to support her boss's proposals.
After being accused of stealing Labour's prominent tax policy by declaring that he would revamp the tax status of non-domiciled individuals, Ms Trott rejected any claims of wrongdoing and stated that Labour was simply using it as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their reckless spending of £28bn without any funding plan.
In February, there was a big news story about her when the Labour party said she didn't know the fundamental information required for her job. This was because she had difficulty answering questions about how much the national debt had increased.
