During an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, Karl - a resident of Yorkshire - expressed his well-wishes for Catherine. He shared that he had received a cancer diagnosis approximately two years ago, and breaking the news to his three grown-up kids was among the most challenging tasks he had to endure.
