Trains through Gillingham have resumed after man talked down from bridge over rail line

A man talked down from a railway bridge, meaning services were cancelled for five hours, has been arrested for obstructing the line. Trains through Gillingham station have resumed after the man descended just before 2pm, after being there since 8.40am.
