The upcoming movie LEE features Kate Winslet playing the role of Lee Miller, a groundbreaking war reporter and photographer. Excitement is building for its premiere on September 13, 2024, in cinemas across the UK and Ireland.

LEE is a movie about Lee Miller, an American photographer who was committed to revealing the real face of the Nazi regime. Despite facing numerous obstacles as a woman journalist, she managed to capture some of the most significant moments during World War II. Unfortunately, she had to pay a heavy price for her daring work.

Winslet will be joined by a star-studded cast including Andy Samberg as David E. Scherman, a photographer for Life Magazine, Alexander Skarsgård as Roland Penrose, a multi-talented artist, Marion Cotillard as Solange D’Ayen, a fashion director for French Vogue and close friend of Miller, Josh O’Connor as Tony, a young journalist and Andrea Riseborough as Audrey Withers, the editor for British Vogue.

Ellen Kuras was the director of this production, which had a production team lead by Kate Solomon and Kate Winslet. Additional producers Troy Lum, Andrew Mason, Marie Savare and Lauren Hantz also contributed. The executive producers responsible for the overall management of the project were Julia Stuart, Laura Grange, Finola Dwyer, Thorsten Schumacher, Billy Mulligan, John Hantz, Jason Duan, Crystine Zhang, Lem Dobbs, Liz Hannah, John Collee and Clare Hardwick.
