It has been almost 24 hours since news of a suspected incident involving a CISF woman personnel hitting Kangana Ranaut, the newly elected MP of Mandi and a famous Bollywood actress, at Mohali airport was revealed. However, the Punjab Police have not provided any confirmation yet as to whether they have taken any actions or filed any legal complaints related to the event.

The Indian Express tried to reach out to Mohali SSP Dr Sandeep Garg many times but did not receive a response. The office of Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav also did not reply to the questions asked.

According to Kuljinder Singh, who is the DSP of the Airport, there hasn't been any FIR registered yet. The police didn't disclose any information regarding the action they have taken concerning the complaint made by the Central Industrial Security Force.

Kulwinder Kaur, a constable from the CISF, reportedly hit Ranaut as the actress was about to board a flight to Delhi at the Mohali International Airport on Thursday.

The leader of the farmer organization BKU (Shaheed Bhagat Singh), Tejbir Singh, mentioned that he had a conversation with the family of Kaur. However, they seemed to have no knowledge regarding her location.

According to reports, Kaur was displeased with certain statements made by Ranaut concerning the farmers' protest against the recently nullified Central agricultural legislation.
