Justin Timberlake arrested for 'driving while intoxicated'
The authorities have reported that Justin Timberlake has been detained for the offense of "driving under the influence".
The artist who popularized the song "SexyBack" was recently in Long Island, which is located in the state of New York. According to reports, he was having dinner with some companions before he exited a restaurant and was subsequently stopped by law enforcement.
The 43-year-old famous musician, also known as the "Prince of Pop", is scheduled to appear in court later today at Sag Harbor, located on the eastern side of Long Island. This information comes from a statement given by the district attorney's office of Suffolk County.
Representatives of Timberlake did not respond immediately to requests for comments.
