On November 30, it was announced that Hailee Steinfeld, known for her roles in "Hawkeye" and as Emily Dickinson, is engaged to Josh Allen, quarterback for the Buffalo Bills.
On Friday, the couple posted a picture of themselves sharing a kiss in front of a rose-adorned arch by the sea.
Allen, who is 28 years old, is kneeling on one knee, while Steinfeld, aged 27, is standing beside him.
The NFL promptly expressed its backing for the game on social media.
"The professional football organization took to X to share their best wishes to Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld on their engagement!"
An insider familiar with the couple shared with People.com that their families wholeheartedly back the romance.
"They've been completely smitten with each other from the very beginning," the source revealed. "Both of their families are overjoyed."
According to UsMagazine.com, the pair has been in a relationship for over a year.
