JLS member Oritsé Williams expressed his happiness about the arrival of their son, describing it as a 'gift' following the couple's difficult experience with two painful miscarriages.

The 37-year-old singer, who has a 10-year-old son named Omré from a past relationship, shared with OK!: "I'm absolutely thrilled. I’m completely captivated by my little boy; he’s such a gift, and I’m really proud of what we've accomplished together."

Oritsé shared that their child's name is Shiva Zion Olumidé Williams, which signifies both the vanquisher of darkness and the originator.

Kazz, 40, shared her journey of trying to get pregnant, mentioning that she discovered she was expecting on the very day she and her partner were scheduled to meet with doctors to explore IVF as a possibility.

She shared, "After the meeting, I began to feel unwell, so I decided to take a pregnancy test, and it turned out positive. I was in shock."

In a heartfelt statement, Kazz shared that she felt both 'joyful and terrified' upon hearing the news and, in light of their tragic losses, she was overwhelmed with anxiety.

The couple scheduled weekly private ultrasound appointments to ease their concerns and make sure everything was progressing well. During one of these visits, they discovered that Kazz had developed gestational diabetes, which meant she needed to adjust her diet.

Reflecting on their experience, Oritsé expressed: "We truly appreciate all the kindness and support we've received. It was surprising to learn that many of our friends have been through similar challenges."

In April, during an appearance on Good Morning Britain, Oritse shared that he took on the role of primary caregiver at the age of just 12. He was responsible for his mother, as well as his younger sister Naomi, who was only two years old, and his brother Temisan, who was ten at the time.
