Today is a wonderful day for two reasons. Firstly, it is the 55th birthday of the famous actress Jennifer Lopez, also known as the star of This Is Me … Now: A Love Story. Secondly, footage of J.Lo’s Bridgerton party in the Hamptons over the weekend has been released, thanks to the birthday girl. A sign of a truly kind woman is to celebrate her birthday by sharing a specially edited Instagram video featuring an orchestral version of “Give Me Everything,” by Lords Pitbull, Afrojack, and Ne-Yo with her fans.

In a recent video posted on J.Lo's Instagram, the singer was seen wearing a beautiful green gown inspired by the Regency era. She accessorized with opera gloves and even took a ride in a horse-drawn carriage. A small orchestra was also present, with the male musicians wearing powdered wigs. It would have been fun if they played live versions of Pitbull's songs, don't you think? Dancers wearing period-appropriate costumes performed choreographed routines on the ballroom floor, with some even holding onto panels of J.Lo's gown as they danced around her. At one point, Lopez took the microphone and entertained the guests, though we couldn't hear what she was saying. Hopefully, it was a performance of her hit song "Let's Get Loud." The caption of the post read, "Dear Gentle Reader... And everyone had a wonderful evening." Indeed, it sounds like a splendid affair.

After sharing footage of her sitting on her throne, the video transitions to J.Lo blowing out candles on a large cake. I'm curious about what she wished for. Maybe for the sale of her and Ben Affleck's previous home? Or for the opportunity to go on another world tour? Or for success like Kamala's? Whatever it is, wishing Jennifer "Mother" Lopez a very happy birthday right now.
