Jay Stansfield: Birmingham City agree terms with Fulham striker ahead of potential League One record deal

Birmingham City and Fulham striker Jay Stansfield have come to an agreement on his contract terms. This deal has the potential to set a new record for the highest transfer fee in League One if it is finalized.
