On Tuesday, Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo really got into the holiday spirit by redoing a famous moment from the beloved Christmas film Bridget Jones's Diary.

The hosts of the Couple and Newlyweds podcast showcased their acting talents by creating a fresh Instagram reel to wrap up the year for their audience.

The pair reenacted the iconic final scene where Bridget (played by Renée Zellweger) has to wear her 'small underwear' and dash through the snowy streets of London, nearly undressed, trying to stop Mark Darcy (portrayed by Colin Firth) from leaving.

This happens after Mark discovers her infamous diary in her apartment, which is filled with insults directed at him. When Bridget returns to the room, she realizes that he has vanished.

Believing that her new boyfriend had stormed off in a rage, she dashed outside wearing only her leopard-print underwear on the lower half of her body—only to discover that he had simply gone out to get her a new diary.

Naturally, in the video, Jamie humorously portrayed Bridget while Sophie played the part of Mark Darcy, adding their own playful spin to the scene.

Jamie and Sophie have just purchased their first house in a new area of west London, having previously described Chelsea as 'unexciting.'

The new home features a basement that they plan to transform into a media room, along with a garden.

They intend to update the property, featuring a kitchen designed by the high-end company Smallbone.

In an interview last year, Jamie explained their choice to live in a rented home in Notting Hill by saying, "Chelsea just seemed dull to me."

In May, he shared with The Times, “For the past three years, we've been leasing a two-bedroom flat in Notting Hill. I used to have a place in Chelsea, but I found it quite dull.”

We had to relocate as well because the apartment had some baggage; Sophie wasn’t comfortable with the fact that my former girlfriends had stayed there.
