Nigel Farage called James Cleverly a "stupid person" for rejoicing in the absence of small boat crossings on Christmas Day.

The ex-leader of the Brexit Party verbally attacked the current home secretary, calling them a liar and a fraud. They also declared that the Conservative party, as a whole, deserves to lose their positions in the upcoming election.

Home Office data shows that there were no instances of small boats crossing on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or Boxing Day this year. This marks the earliest time such an occurrence has transpired since the year 2018.

If Nigel Farage were to resume active involvement in politics, it might exacerbate the Conservative Party's electoral problems.

On Wednesday, Mr. Cleverly mentioned on X that the efforts put in by the UK and French Border Force officers had aided in causing a halt.

He mentioned that during Christmas no little boats arrived for the first time since 2018.

He said: "Yesterday evening, the officers working for our Border Force collaborated with their colleagues from France to prevent the launch of a boat from the shores."

However, Mr. Cleverly was criticized by the social media platform. They included a message stating that the post shared by the home secretary was untrue.

This winter, the weather has been abnormally tempestuous. The Home Office's official website has corroborated that severe weather conditions are impacting small boat crossings.

After James Cleverly expressed regret for making a jest about secretly adding a date rape drug to his spouse's drink, this incident occurred.

In casual language, the blog section could be rewritten like this: Farage, who some think might come back into politics with his party Reform UK (formerly known as the Brexit Party), strongly criticized Cleverly.

On X, he made a statement that went like this: "Your name might be Cleverly, but there is no doubt that you are a complete idiot."

I'm nearing Dover at the moment and the wind is blowing at 50mph, which is hampering any attempts at migrant crossings.

"All of you frauds and dishonest individuals deserve to be voted out of office during the election."

The criticisms made by Mr. Farage may cause concern in Downing Street as Richard Tice, the recent leader of Reform UK, has vowed to fiercely contest the Conservative party in the upcoming general election. This could lead to a major political clash between the two parties.

Last year, the previous Brexit Party made the decision to withdraw multiple candidates in order to prevent dividing voters and allowing Jeremy Corbyn to become the Prime Minister.

However, with political conservatives becoming increasingly furious over the increase in small boat crossings and the high number of people migrating into the country, Mr. Tice has promised to contest every electoral constituency in the upcoming year.

According to The Sunday Times, Mr Tice stated that his political party will be fully prepared for the 2024 election, regardless of when it takes place. They plan to run for seats in every region of England, Scotland, and Wales.

Richard Tice has made a commitment to run against the Conservatives in each constituency.

A lot of people, such as lawmakers from the Conservative Party and people who discuss current events, are still not convinced of our plans. However, I want to inform them that they are greatly misjudging our determination to make a significant impression in the upcoming election.

According to Luke Tryl, who is the director of polling company More in Common, the Reform party may cause the Conservative party to lose over 30 extra parliamentary seats.

According to The Independent, he said that restructuring may decide whether there will be a hung parliament or if Labour will secure the majority.

The occurrence happened just a few days after Mr. Cleverly was caught for making a joke about adding a date rape drug to his wife's drink during a gathering held in Downing Street.

The home secretary made a joke about putting small amounts of Rohypnol in a person's drink every night, despite having implemented strict measures to combat such offenses. This news was reported by the Sunday Mirror. The home secretary also stated that this action would not technically be illegal due to the insignificant amount of the substance used.
