James Blunt's One Brit Wonder show will also feature appearances by his spouse, Sofia Wellesley, and musician Ed Sheeran.

An upcoming movie about James Blunt guarantees to delve into his emotions regarding being labeled the "most despised person in pop music."

Preview footage of James Blunt's One Brit Wonder, which was directed by Chris Atkins - writer of Vardy V Rooney: A Courtroom Drama, has recently been unveiled. The public can expect to see the film playing at cinemas later this year.

Blunt spoke in the clips about a situation in New Zealand where demonstrators against vaccines were happy to listen to his hit song "You're Beautiful." This occurred after he had provided his music to the authorities through social media in an attempt to scatter the crowds.

He states: "As they danced and sang, it became clear that they enjoyed it. It's obvious that they're quite messed up, wouldn't you say?"

"They oppose vaccination and are supporters of Blunt."

The upcoming movie, produced by Lorton Entertainment which worked on Disney+'s factual series "Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story," will delve into Blunt's profession and accompany him on his 2022 Greatest Hits Tour.

Additionally, his significant other Sofia Wellesley, who happens to be the grandchild of Valerian Wellesley, 8th Duke of Wellington, his progenitors, and the artist Ed Sheeran will make an appearance.

While discussing his experience, Blunt, who is 49 years old, mentioned that he had high hopes of being seen as the British version of Tom Cruise.

Things didn't actually go as planned.

The movie documents Blunt's time serving in the military, his successful music career, his private life, and his witty posts on various social networking platforms.

They advertise it as a fusion of the famous mockumentary Spinal Tap that showcases cult music and the comedy persona of Steve Coogan's character, Alan Partridge.

Throughout the film, Blunt gets stuck on Isle of Man in the middle of a fierce storm, while his drummer decides to leave him to start collaborating with Robbie Williams and his team shares their experiences of working with him for almost two decades.

In a separate video, the person in charge of his audio equipment, Mike Hornby, mentioned that whenever he shares that he is employed by Blunt, others react with disgust.

Tour manager Robert Hayden was questioned about being situated at the typical conclusion of the music industry. In response, he stated that there is absolutely nothing standard about everything that encompasses it, an undeniable truth.

"Basically, the common trait that all successful people possess is narcissistic psychopathy. This means that they have an intense self-love and lack empathy for others, which enables them to succeed in their endeavors."

In Jon Ronson's book The Psychopath Test, it is mentioned that certain individuals who possess psychopathic tendencies end up becoming popular musicians. However, what sets them apart from others is their unique motivation that drives them forward.

In other places, Blunt declares that he has "never received a good review" and admits to posting positive comments about himself online using fake names.

The short video excerpts also show him responding to a query regarding his reaction to having no positive feedback.

The production of James Blunt's One Brit Wonder was handled by a team of filmmakers composed of Steven Lappin, Ian Neil, and Dom Freeman from Next of Kin Films, as well as Julian Bird, Ed Barratt, and Arthur Landon of Lorton Entertainment.

Lorton Entertainment was previously engaged in the making of two shows. The first one is Boom! Boom!: The World Vs Boris Becker for AppleTV+. The second show is Bros: After The Screaming Stops for BBC Four.

On December 6, the movie will only be shown in theaters throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
