Jadon Sancho: Sporting director Kehl says Dortmund will 'negotiate' with Manchester United

Jadon Sancho

Sebastian Kehl, the sporting director, has suggested that Borussia Dortmund will make an effort to arrange an agreement that will enable Jadon Sancho to make a comeback to Westphalia in the upcoming season.

Sancho came back to Dortmund on a temporary basis in January following a heated argument with Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag that occurred on social media. Since his return, the player has been thriving in the Bundesliga and has also played a significant part in helping the team achieve an unexpected spot in the Champions League final.

Dortmund's chances of acquiring Sancho seem slim, as they may not be able to offer wages that match those he receives from Manchester United. Despite this, Kehl states that Dortmund has intentions to engage in talks with United.

When questioned regarding the future of the English player, the speaker replied to TNT Sports saying that they do not have any updates as of yet. Nonetheless, the past six months have been amazing, with the player adding a boost in the team's overall quality.

His main goal is to triumph over Madrid tonight at Wembley, with any subsequent arrangements to be determined at a later time.

The person in question is currently under contract with Manchester United. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to buy out said contract, which means we must engage in negotiations. While I hope he performs well during his upcoming match, such success may raise his value and consequently complicate matters.

Sancho's Words?

Sancho confesses that he never anticipated playing in the most notable tournament in club football by the end of this season.

In an interview with The Mirror, he expressed his surprise and delight at the unexpected turn of events. He never imagined himself playing in the Champions League Final, so he feels incredibly fortunate and grateful.

I've been focusing on improving myself by taking it one game at a time. I've been doing additional training privately to better my skills. My main goal is to contribute to the success of the team and I appreciate the support from both my teammates and the staff for welcoming me back.
