Hezbollah's leader stops short of declaring all-out war against Israel, for now

The leader of Lebanon's military group Hezbollah refrained from declaring total war against Israel, but delivered a series of menacing warnings directed at both Israel and the US during his inaugural speech since the tragic events on October 7th.
