After a day of speculation, Haris Namani's future on Love Island was left 'hanging in the balance' on Tuesday night as the villa was stunned by news of a double dumping and the fact it was down to Aussie bombshells Jessie Wynter and Aaron Waters to decide who went.

On Tuesday morning, 12 hours before the latest episode of Love Island went out, it was reported that young boxer had been given the boot from the villa, after a video surfaced on social media, of him allegedly taking part in a street fight in his hometown of Doncaster.

In the clip, which was first shared on Snapchat and obtained by The Sun, the 21-year-old, currently coupled up with Olivia Jenkins, is seen throwing a punch to another man and knocking him to the ground, while shouting: "I'm not a bully, I'm not a f***ing bully."

While the allegations against Haris are sure to have reached Love Island bosses in South Africa, it was claimed that his exit from the villa wasn't down to that and he was dumped. The vote-off was said to have happened on Monday night, after viewers were told to vote for their favourite boy and girl, with the lines closing shortly after that evening's episode ended.

Fans saw the drama unfold in the closing minutes of Tuesday's show when it was revealed that Haris, Tom and Kai were the three boys who failed to find favour with viewers, while Tanya, Tanyel and Anna-May finished bottom for the girls.

The dumping took the Islanders totally by surprise as they were summoned to the firepit, with them then looking shell shocked as it was then announced via text that it would be Jessie and Aaron, both exempt from the axe, would choose who to go.

As that news sent the vilLa reeling, credits rolled, meaning viewers still have another 24 hours to wait to find out Haris' fate.
