Romano tweeted this morning that Pep Guardiola has given the green light for Ilkay Gundogan to come back to Manchester City.

Gundogan has been rumored to be leaving Barca since the beginning of the summer, but speculation about a potential departure has intensified in the past few days.

Initially, the experienced player was not included in Hansi Flick's team for the first match against Valencia.
