The list of nominees for the 2025 Grammy Awards has been revealed.

On Friday, November 8, CBS News's Gayle King and comedian Jim Gaffigan, along with several previous Grammy winners like Kylie Minogue, Ben Platt, and Victoria Monét, who took home the Best New Artist award last year, revealed the nominees in a livestream event.

Beyoncé has made history by becoming the artist with the most nominations ever, racking up a total of 99 throughout her career. She was previously tied with her husband, Jay-Z, at 88 nominations, but she surpassed him after receiving 11 nominations in 2025, including one for Album of the Year for her country-inspired album, *Cowboy Carter*.

At the same time, Taylor Swift has earned another nomination for Album of the Year, this time for her recent successful release, The Tortured Poets Department. With this nomination, she surpasses Barbra Streisand, with whom she was previously tied for the most nominations among female artists in this category.

Other artists who have been recognized multiple times in different categories include Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Kendrick Lamar, Charli XCX, and RAYE.

Only music that is commercially available in the U.S. from September 16, 2023, until August 30, 2024, can be considered for nominations in 2025.

The winners will be announced at the live event on Sunday, February 2, 2025, taking place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
