The game scheduled for Friday night in Riyadh between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, known as the Turkish Super Cup final, has been delayed.

The teams from Turkey, one of which held the championship title and the other had won the cup, had a planned match at Al-Awwal Park located in the capital of Saudi Arabia.

However, a statement released by the Turkish Football Federation and both teams announced that the event has been cancelled due to "certain issues" with the planning process.

The announcement mentioned that the game will be rescheduled for a different time.
