Galatasaray is one of the most successful football clubs in Turkey. The club was founded in 1905 and is based in Istanbul. The team has won numerous domestic and international titles, including 22 Süper Lig titles, 19 Turkish Cups, and 1 UEFA Europa League title. Galatasaray is also the first and only Turkish team to win a major UEFA competition.

The Famous Ali Sami Yen Stadium

Galatasaray used to play their home games in the Ali Sami Yen Stadium, which had a seating capacity of over 25,000. However, in 2011, the club moved to a new stadium, the Türk Telekom Stadium, which has a capacity of over 52,000. The Ali Sami Yen Stadium, however, will always remain a symbol of Galatasaray's history, as it was the place where the team won many of its greatest victories. Today, the stadium is still standing, but it is used for other purposes, such as concerts and shows.
