Last month, the ex-cricketer who is also a famous TV personality gave a heartfelt address before the England-Ireland ODI match. Recently, the ECB made the video of the speech public.
During a short event, the 45-year-old presented the cap to cricket player Tom Hartley while expressing gratitude for the backing he's received from his cricketing "clan" in the past few months.
Flintoff stated that your friends will celebrate alongside you during happy moments like achievements, but what I've come to realize is that they are also present during the toughest moments. They will undoubtedly provide their support and stand by your side.

Speaking to the England team, Flintoff advised Hartley to perform with enthusiasm, dignity, and confidence.
The video of his address was recorded after a period of nine months when the celebrity met with an injury while shooting for the BBC's show on driving and was taken to the hospital through an airlift.
During that moment, Corey, who is 16 years old, declared that his father was doing fine and mentioned that he wasn't sure about the incident, but his father was fortunate enough to survive.
According to reports, Flintoff, whose birth name is Andrew, was recording a footage for a vehicle assessment at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome. This is the location where the Top Gear examination track is located, and the circumstance occurred during this time.
From the latest updates, it has been reported that Flintoff had a mishap in his Morgan Super 3 car, which is an open-topped three-wheeler. His car swerved uncontrollably and flipped over before sliding across the track. It occurred as he was driving at a pretty fast pace.
Flintoff and another crew member who was seated next to him were both wearing protective headgear, but Flintoff obtained injuries to his face and multiple fractures to his ribs.

A supporter expressed their happiness at seeing him participate in the warm ups from the outfield. They hope he understands the extent of the admiration he receives, and that he shouldn't feel obligated to make any public appearances until he feels ready. Another fan rejoiced at finally seeing him again after a prolonged absence. Their genuine concern for his well-being was relieved upon seeing him looking healthy and happy.
Several people concurred that it was positive to witness him being out and about. A supporter conveyed their anticipation that as time passes, his self-assurance will enhance.

Freddie Flintoff was captured in an image on the eighth of September.
Hammond experienced anxiety, amnesia, and melancholy due to the brain injury incurred from the crash.
The BBC stated in March that they opted out of continuing with the production of Top Gear following the accident.
The company stated that due to the current situation, it would not be suitable to continue producing series 34.
"We expressed our apologies to Freddie, and we will keep on assisting him with his recuperation. We acknowledge that cancelling the show might let down our supporters, but it is the most appropriate course of action, and we will decide how to proceed later in the year."
The media company mentioned that they will be carrying out an evaluation of the program's health and safety measures.
Before the accident, Flintoff co-hosted Top Gear for a period of three years. This was after he had retired from professional cricket in 2009. Flintoff featured on the show alongside Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinness.
