The FOLON team has achieved an amazing feat after working hard for five years. They have finally completed and released their ambitious RPG unofficial spin-off called Fallout London. With Fallout 5 still far from being released and fans eager for something new after New Vegas and FO4, this fan game is a refreshing addition. Fans of the Bethesda series are enjoying this UK-based alternative. However, there have been several issues with Fallout London crashing frequently.

The guards at the palace, mutant badgers with radiation, and the constant terror of pink wafers – Fallout London has a little bit of everything. This RPG project is huge, similar in size to a game from Bethesda, and everyone who has played it so far loves it. The release date for Fallout 5 is still far away, but Fallout London is a great game to hold us over in the meantime. If you want to play it yourself, you'll need to learn how to downgrade Fallout 4 and own all of the DLC. But for those already playing in the wasteland of London, there are only good things to say about the game.

"I recently played Fallout London and it's definitely one of the best games I've experienced in the past decade," a player commented on the official page on GOG. Another player shared their recommendation, stating, "If you enjoyed Fallout but felt it lacked some depth, this game is for you. The apocalyptic atmosphere and lack of handholding make it a standout. The quality of the content is top-notch and if a big game company had released it, it would have been considered a triple-A title."

"I purchased Fallout 4 Game of the Year Edition from GOG," a fellow gamer mentions. "I downloaded the FOLON mod from GOG and that was all I needed. The game runs smoothly and the vastness of it all is truly stunning."

But some gamers say that after they finish making their character and completing the tutorial, and try to leave the starting area by boarding a train, Fallout London keeps crashing. "It keeps crashing all the time, no matter what you try to do," a GOG player says. "It's really annoying because the game is great for the first hour," another person writes, "but as soon as you take the train out, it's game over. I just keep crashing to the desktop over and over again, leaving me unable to play anymore."

Gamers who play Fallout 4 on Steam are facing similar issues with the Fallout London mod crashing. One player mentioned, "The mod is fantastic, but it keeps crashing on me." However, some players have not encountered any problems. Another player shared, "I decided to install the mod manually, and even though it might seem complicated at first, it runs really well. It adds a British twist to Fallout 4, with improved UI and storyline. The models and weapon mechanics are also top-notch."

If you are having trouble with Fallout London crashing, Team FOLON has created two new chat rooms on its official Discord for players to connect and help each other out.
