Falling In Reverse has had to delay their eagerly awaited tour in the U.K. after lead singer Ronnie Radke was refused a visa because of his past criminal record.

The tour, scheduled to start in December 2024, was anticipated to be the band's largest in the area, featuring sold-out performances at major venues. Unfortunately, the U.K. Home Office's stringent visa rules have put a stop to these plans, citing Radke's previous conviction and time served in prison as reasons for their decision.

The band took to social media to discuss the issue, explaining that Radke's history still affects their chances of touring abroad.

"We're sad to share that Ronnie's visa application for the upcoming 2024 shows in the U.K. has been rejected by the home office. The U.K. is currently not allowing entry to those who have received prison sentences longer than 12 months, which applies to Ronnie from his 2008 case," the announcement on their Instagram story stated.

As a result, we won't be able to travel to the U.K. this month to perform the shows we were eagerly anticipating. We will be rescheduling the performances for next year as we work through the legal process to secure the necessary visa.

Radke's legal issues stem from a confrontation in Nevada in 2006 that resulted in the death of an 18-year-old named Michael Cook. Although Radke didn’t directly cause the death, his involvement in the fight led to a sentence of probation.

In 2008, he broke the terms of his probation, resulting in more than a year behind bars. Although he has tried to restore his career and image, the repercussions of that incident still loom over the band’s plans for touring, especially in places with strict visa regulations, such as the U.K.

The delay is the most recent in a string of setbacks for Falling In Reverse's European tour. Recent shows, such as one in Vienna, were called off due to "issues with production logistics," but fans have shown their anger due to the lack of explanations. Radke's harsh reply to a fan asking about the Vienna cancellation—telling them to "go eat a f---ing Vienna sausage and be quiet"—didn't help ease the frustration.

Furthermore, the band has just been removed from the lineup for Austria's Nova Rock Festival 2025, which has sparked rumors about possible tensions between them and European promoters.

Even with the challenges they've faced, Falling In Reverse is still on track to tour Australia in March 2025, and there are no indications that this will change. Additionally, they are planned to play in Germany and Belgium in June.

For the time being, fans in the U.K. will need to hold off until 2025 for their next chance to catch Falling In Reverse in concert.

Earlier this year, Falling In Reverse achieved a significant milestone with their newest album, Popular Monster, which climbed to the number one position on Billboard’s Top Hard Rock Albums chart for the first time. This album also represents the band's first release since 2017. Previously, they had four songs on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart, each of which reached the No. 2 spot: The Drug in Me Is You (2011), Fashionably Late (2013), Just Like You (2015), and Coming Home (2017).
