Eurostar offers €39 France-UK tickets in flash sale

Starting today (January 16), Eurostar is hosting a special promotion where you can purchase tickets between London and Paris at a discounted price of €39 per one-way trip. Don't miss out on this flash sale opportunity!

The team behind Eurostar and Thalys trains, known as the Eurostar Group, have revealed that they are holding a sale which will end next Monday (January 22).

The tickets are valid from January 24th to March 27th, and there are a total of 53,100 seats available at a discounted price.

You can get lower prices for Eurostar routes connecting London, Paris, and Belgium, and also for Thalys routes, which includes trains departing from Germany.

There are tickets available for travel between Paris and London starting at €39, however, if you're looking for a better deal, you might find them between Paris and Belgium (€29), the Netherlands (€35), and Germany (€32).

You can get them from the Eurostar website, which is also where you can buy tickets for Thalys train rides.

The sudden sale occurred within a month after an unexpected strike by workers in the Channel Tunnel for bonuses caused disturbances in travel just before the festive season.

For a few hours, the Eurostar and Eurotunnel services couldn't go through the tunnel that connects the United Kingdom and France. This caused a temporary inconvenience for many individuals who were travelling.

On December 30, trains departing from London were called off due to flooding in a tunnel under the Thames.

Richard Branson is reportedly planning to launch a train service connecting London and Paris, which would compete against the existing Eurostar service.
