On the Tuesday night of October 10, the focus of the two-part episode was on Chloe Harris and her quest for vengeance against her fiancé Mack and his ex-wife Charity Dingle, who she believed were cheating on her secretly.

Chloe intended to take Mack and Charity to the moors by driving, and then leave them stranded there. However, her scheme went haywire, and it resulted in numerous lives being put at risk.

While Chloe was driving through a desolate area, Charity had a feeling that there was something wrong and eventually insisted that Chloe stop the car.

Although they were in the midst of a heated argument, their car was abruptly struck by another vehicle. When the debris finally cleared, Mack perceived that their auto had been forcefully propelled nearer to the precipice.

Mack skillfully fled the car while it was on the brink, yet any abrupt action could result in Charity and Chloe falling to their demise.

"Mackenzie, please assure me that regardless of the circumstances, Reuben is aware of how deeply I love him," Chloe implored.

Mack attempted to use his physical strength to keep the car stable so that the two women could escape from danger. However, Chloe unintentionally hit the wheel while attempting to get out.

The vehicle initiated a descent down the slope, causing both ladies to extend their arms to Mack for assistance. The situation ended with Mack clutching onto the hand of either Chloe or Charity, with no clear indication for the viewer as to which lady he was saving.

Emmerdale has given fans a clue that Sam Dingle could be seeking retribution against Craig as part of Lydia's storyline.

The scene ended with a frightening feeling as the vehicle was depicted plummeting from the cliff's top and smashing into the ground beneath.

At the start of the week, Jessie Elland, who plays a role in the show, revealed the critical situation Mack is facing in the episode that aired on Tuesday.

"I don't want to show my favoritism, but I believe he ought to choose Chloe as she happens to be the mother of his offspring," she emphasized.

Who did Mack rescue?
