The show, created by Kim Kardashian, chronicles Elizabeth's journey through her relationships and experiences, showcasing her unique rise to fame in Hollywood.

Elizabeth had a reputation for falling head over heels almost instantly; over her lifetime, she tied the knot eight times with seven different men. Take a look back at her romantic escapades and the eight wedding gowns she donned.

Nicky Hilton Jr.'s Traditional Wedding Attire

Elizabeth tied the knot for the first time just weeks after turning 18, donning a cream satin dress created by designer Helen Rose.

The dress was designed to hug the waist and included a corset-style bodice, a voluminous A-line skirt, long sleeves, and delicate pearl accents. It had a sweetheart neckline that sat off the shoulders and was topped with a translucent, high-neck overlay.

For her first wedding, Elizabeth complemented her look with a pearl tiara, a veil, and a bouquet of flowers.

The young bride married Conrad Nicholson "Nicky" Hilton Jr., the heir to the Hilton hotel fortune, in an extravagant and lavish ceremony arranged by her studio, MGM.

In the weeks that followed, Elizabeth came to understand that she had made a significant error. She discovered that she and Nicky had very few shared interests, and she described him as both abusive and a heavy drinker. Just eight months after their marriage, she was granted a divorce.

A Chic Suit For Marrying Michael Wilding: 1952-1957

The following year, in 1952, Elizabeth tied the knot with British actor Michael Wilding, donning a dress created by Helen Rose.

For her second wedding, Elizabeth chose a different style than her first. She wore a classy suit with a tea-length A-line skirt, featuring a big collar and three-quarter-length sleeves with cuffs. The overall look was more understated and elegant.

Instead of a traditional veil, the actress adorned her hair with flowers.

She had two sons, Michael born in 1953 and Christopher born in 1955, with Michael, who was 20 years older than her. The actress is said to have appreciated their age difference because she was looking for "the peace, tranquility, and stability of companionship" in their relationship. After being together for five years, they divorced in 1957.

A bridal gown fit for a princess for the marriage to Michael Todd: 1957-1958

After ending her marriage to Michael, she remarried for the third time, tying the knot with film and theater producer Michael Todd in Mexico. The couple had a daughter, whom Elizabeth named after herself. Sadly, just a year after their wedding, tragedy hit when Michael lost his life in a plane accident.

Elizabeth embraced a complete princess vibe for her third wedding, donning an elegant silk chiffon gown that featured an off-the-shoulder design and a striking hood.

"1959-1964: A Green Wedding Dress For Eddie Fisher"

After Michael passed away, the actress was heartbroken, but she discovered romance once more half a year later with the charming singer Eddie Fisher, who happened to be one of her late husband's closest friends. At the time, Eddie was married to actress Debbie Reynolds, a good friend of Elizabeth's, which turned their relationship into one of the biggest scandals in Hollywood history.

Despite everything, Elizabeth and Eddie formalized their relationship by getting married in a Las Vegas ceremony in 1959. The actress donned a green silk gown that had translucent sleeves and a hood, complemented by a full skirt.

They separated five years later, in 1964, with Elizabeth later revealing that she had married him out of her sorrow.

A Yellow Wedding Dress For Richard Burton: 1964-76

During her marriage to Eddie, the actress encountered what she described as the "love of her life," Richard Burton. The two, who starred together in the 1963 film Cleopatra, started a romantic relationship while shooting the movie in Italy. At that time, Richard, a Welsh actor, was also married and chose to leave his wife to be with Elizabeth.

Just ten days after Elizabeth's divorce from Eddie was finalized, the couple tied the knot in March 1964. Elizabeth wore a knee-length yellow chiffon dress that featured an empire waist, long sleeves, and a prominent collar.

Their relationship spanned a decade, during which they welcomed a little girl named Maria into their family. The media referred to them as "Liz and Dick." Together, they appeared in 11 movies and became one of the most influential couples in Hollywood.

They initially separated in 1974, but by the following year, they had reunited and tied the knot once more in Botswana. Elizabeth chose to wear a vibrant tie-dye wedding dress with flowing sleeves that perfectly captured the spirit of the time.

Pale Yellow's Marriage To Larry Fortensky: 1991-96

Following nearly ten years of being single, the actress tied the knot for the final time in 1991 when she was 59 years old.

Elizabeth donned a soft yellow lace Valentino dress that fell off her shoulders, featuring a deep sweetheart neckline. The outfit was finished off with a voluminous, layered skirt.

She agreed to marry construction worker Larry Fortensky, whom she met while attending rehab for her struggles with prescription medication and alcohol. They tied the knot at her good friend Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in California. Their marriage continued until October 1996.
