This morning, people commuting to and within London are experiencing significant delays for the second consecutive day. The Elizabeth line is partially out of service, and there are also problems affecting other Tube and train services.

At the moment, the Elizabeth line is not operating between Paddington and Abbey Wood as the issue is being repaired.

This has led to significant hold-ups on the route between Paddington, Heathrow Airport, and Reading. However, Transport for London (TfL) reports that the rest of the line is running smoothly.

The National Rail announced that due to this issue, Elizabeth line services will not be operating between these stations, leading to cancellations or schedule changes.

"This is anticipated to last until the conclusion of the service."

Transport for London has announced that there is no service on the Circle line due to a fire alert at High Street Kensington that they are currently addressing.

The District line is currently facing disruptions due to a fire alert, leading to no trains operating between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road.

In the meantime, the Hammersmith & City and Jubilee lines are experiencing some slight delays this morning. This is due to issues with power supply and a lack of available trains.

Tickets are valid on different London Underground lines, local bus services, and the London Overground.

National Rail has advised London commuters not to travel due to severe flooding occurring between Blackfriars and London St Pancras International.

The rail company has announced that the disruption is anticipated to continue until 10 a.m. This means that some trains may be canceled, delayed by as much as an hour, or have their schedules changed.

The National Rail team recommends postponing your travel plans until later this morning. Expect significant delays for trains coming in and out of central London, which may extend your journey by as much as an hour.

As Storm Conall moved through the UK, Thameslink announced that "intense rain flooding" had disrupted services between St Pancras and London Bridge.

In a recent post on X, the train service informed a traveler: “Because of severe rain causing flooding on the tracks between London Bridge and St Pancras International, all routes are closed. We recommend postponing your trip until later this morning.”
