EastEnders' Stacey Slater drops major bombshell in early iPlayer cliffhanger
Stacey, Kat Mitchell played by Jessie Wallace, Eve Unwin portrayed by Heather Peace, and Suki Panesar played by Balvinder Sopal, had an unpleasant encounter with Suki's former partner, Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry). Subsequently, Nish made a fake report to DC Whisson. He alleged that Stacey was responsible for attacking him and not Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters), as claimed by the women who were trying to hide Keanu's murder.
Stacey was summoned to the police station for questioning and noted that Nish had broken up with Kat and was seeking retribution.
Stacey provided accurate information in her initial report and then requested permission to call Jack. She urgently appealed to him to intervene and convince Nish to cease his actions.
Jack used intimidation tactics to make Nish retract his statement by threatening to make sure that he ends up behind bars for trying to harm Eve. However, Nish stood his ground and warned Jack that if he faces any consequences, he will reveal all the women Jack has wronged.
In The Vic, Suki and Linda Carter had concerns. They were worried about Stacey taking a plea deal and putting them all in trouble with the police. Not only that, they were also anxious about Denise Fox being in the hospital and possibly revealing everything. Kathy Cotton shared the same apprehension.

Bernie Taylor (played by Clair Norris) challenged the women concerning Keanu's innocence, while Kathy lied by saying she wouldn't deceive her. Bernie was unaware and questioned where her brother was.
At the same time, while Suki attempted to persuade attorney Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff) to help Stacey, he declined and proposed that they wait instead.
Since the murder weapon cannot be found, it supports our belief that Johnny is committed to ensuring that one of the women takes the fall to defend his mother Linda.
At the train station, Jack informed everyone that Stacey won't be charged for anything. He explained how he informed his colleagues about the negative outcome of Nish and Kat's romantic relationship, which caused him to behave aggressively.
Stacey is feeling stressed. The pressure is getting to her. The BBC is the source of this pressure.
However, Stacey committed her first significant mistake by expressing her happiness to Jack about "the rest not needing to come down and recollect their narrative".
Jack questioned Stacey about it, and she said that she had just confused her words. However, Jack believed that she was concealing something.
Jack was confused as to why Nish was so determined to find her. Suddenly, his mind wandered to Denise, and he discovered that Stacey had contacted the psychiatric team a few days ago.
Jack alleged that Stacey had a motive to remove Denise from their lives so they could pursue their romantic relationship. Furthermore, he implied that their deceit caused his wife to become so unwell that she required involuntary commitment to a mental health institution.
Is Stacey's disclosure excessive?
"She didn't end up in there for that, believe me," she contested.
Jack came to the conclusion that Denise was protecting Stacey instead of Nish, which made Stacey disclose that Denise was actually the one responsible.
She attempted to retract her statement, wanting to maintain the narrative concerning Keanu, but Jack perceived her deception, specifically with regards to Denise's behavior.
Stacey inquired if Jack would reveal the secret, but is Jack also going to uncover Keanu's actual location?
