Divorce attorney Costley learned under Baroness Fiona Shackleton, who is known as Britain's most prominent divorce lawyer. Shackleton represented Charles during his divorce from Diana in 1996 and has worked with multiple high-profile celebrities.

Baroness Shackleton, affectionately known as Steel Magnolia, has collaborated with high-profile celebrities such as Paul McCartney, Liam Gallagher, and Madonna.

In May, it was reported that the couple was going through a divorce because their job obligations had led them to grow apart.

A representative for the couple announced at that time: "Ruth Langsford and Eamon Holmes have acknowledged that their marriage has ended and they are currently going through the divorce process."

The spokesperson mentioned that Eamonn and Ruth, who tied the knot in 2010 after being together for 13 years, are committed to remaining friends and maintaining a friendly relationship.

Their separation marked the conclusion of one of the UK's most famous television power duos, after being together for 27 years, including 14 years of marriage.

They have a 22-year-old son named Jack together. Additionally, Eamonn has three other children from his earlier marriage: sons Declan, who is 35, and Niall, who is 31, as well as a daughter named Rebecca, who is 33.

The couple tied the knot in 2010 at the lavish Elvetham hotel located in Hampshire.

The guest list featured TV hosts Gloria Hunniford and Jeremy Kyle, EastEnders star Zoe Lucker, and ex-champion boxer Barry McGuigan.

Holmes had back surgery prior to the couple's separation, and Langsford mentioned that he "might never fully recover" after the procedure.
