Green Day, Sleep Token and KORN Confirmed to Headline Download 2025

The news, along with the confirmation of over 90 bands for the event at Donington, marks the first time that each of the headliners will perform at the forefront of this esteemed festival.

The eagerly awaited reveal of the artist lineup for Download Festival 2025 has arrived, and the gathering of rock, metal, punk, hardcore, and more is massive.
Green Day, Sleep Token, and KORN are confirmed as the main acts for Download 2025, taking the top billing. What makes this even more exciting is that it will be the first time each of these bands will headline the festival in their careers.
Scheduled for June 13th to 15th at Castle Donington, the 2025 edition has already announced over 90 bands, including popular acts like Weezer, Bullet For My Valentine, Jimmy Eat World, Don Broco, Spiritbox, and Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter. Other performers include Lorna Shore, McFly, The Darkness, Cradle of Filth, and many more.
Highlighting the vibrant emergence of fresh talent in guitar-based music, Download has announced several up-and-coming artists, including House of Protection, Kim Dracula, Holy Wars, Graphic Nature, Spiritual Cramp, Static Dress, Unprocessed, and others.
The Download Festival is back for its 22nd edition, following last year’s impressive lineup that featured Queens of the Stone Age, Fall Out Boy, and Avenged Sevenfold. If you're looking to grab tickets early, the MasterCard pre-sale will begin on November 12th at 9 PM GMT. Download pre-sale tickets will be available starting November 13th at the same time.
