Dillian Whyte managed to secure a triumphant comeback to the boxing arena by defeating Christian Hammer in just three rounds during his bout in Ireland.
The ex-WBC interim heavyweight champion had his first fight since being cleared of doping charges, and he was too powerful for his Romanian adversary in Castlebar, County Mayo.
Hammer was unable to stand up from his seat before the fourth round, leading the referee to stop the fight and award Whyte his 30th win in his career as a professional boxer.
The 35-year-old British fighter had been out of action since he won against Jermaine Franklin at Wembley in November of 2022.
In August of last year, Whyte was scheduled to fight against Anthony Joshua. However, the fight didn't take place as Whyte tested positive for a substance that is not allowed.
Whyte claimed he did not do anything wrong and was given permission to continue his professional career as it was acknowledged that he had ingested a supplement that had been contaminated.
