If you were at the Natural History Museum in London back in November 2019, you might have caught Courtney Love chatting with Chris Martin about the band Muse.

During an episode of the British quiz show Never Mind the Buzzcocks, the lead singer of Hole expressed her admiration for the Coldplay frontman, highlighting that she appreciates “so many things” about him, particularly noting that “he embodies feminism in a truly positive way.” She also mentioned that she had to pretend to keep up during a lengthy three-hour discussion about Muse with him.

"I pretended really well," Love mentioned.

Although she might have been pretending during that talk, Love is somewhat acquainted with Matt Bellamy and the band. In a 2007 interview with NME, she mentioned that Muse's "Time Is Running Out" was the "only song from the past few years that she wished she had written."

If Love ever decided to launch a Muse podcast featuring Martin, they might choose the title "Supermassive Yellow Hole."
