Coronation Street's Moses Ekundayo faces punishment over Bernie mistake

At work, Moses Ekundayo was punished after unintentionally ignoring Paul in the television series Coronation Street.
A new hire has just joined the company to become Paul Foreman's PA, as his illness, Motor Neurone Disease (MND), continues to worsen.
He has also fallen in love with Todd Grimshaw, and as a consequence, his employment agency has unjustly punished him.
On Wednesday's episode which aired on January 24th, Bernie Winter happened upon the living quarters of the flower shop to discover that Billy Mayhew had injured his back while attempting to assist Paul in getting out of the bathtub.
As Bernie inquired about Moses' absence, she was informed that he was running behind schedule. This resulted in an unfavorable outcome as Moses hurried to make it to Paul's side.
He unexpectedly met his love interest Todd on the stony path and shared with him that he was excessively burdened with work.
From afar, Bernie observed Todd consoling Moses with a tight embrace, feeling doubtful about their interaction. After the intense incident with the fire on the Street, Moses disclosed that he had been suspended by his agency and Todd tried to offer him some solace.
Moses informed Billy and Paul that someone had filed a complaint against him, causing Bernie to admit to her son that she was the one who did it.
Bernie was adamant, "I had no idea that he was going to get suspended. All I believed was that he would receive a minor punishment."
Paul expressed his irritation by saying that instead of whining to his superiors, Bernie should have talked to Moses. Billy concurred, saying that Moses is dealing with a very challenging timetable since there are limited numbers of caretakers available.
Finally, Bernie decided to make a call to Moses's agency to withdraw her complaint. However, in the later part of the episode, Bernie had to disclose that Moses's superiors were not willing to lift his suspension.
"She mentioned that there have been several grievances regarding tardiness."
Despite Bernie's argument that it was impossible for one individual to attend numerous appointments in a day, his employers remained steadfast in their decision.
"I despise how unjust the situation is," Paul confessed after his mother expressed remorse.
Bernie proposed to say sorry to Moses, but Billy and Paul advised her to "let it go" for the time being. Is it possible that Moses will be rehired?
