Chris Eubank returns to stop Kamil Szeremeta and confront Conor Benn | Jai Opetaia halts Jack Massey
Chris Eubank Jr made his comeback in the ring with a decisive win against Kamil Szeremeta, and shortly after, he got into yet another confrontation with Conor Benn.
He knocked Szeremeta down four times overall, and at that moment, his opponent Benn—who was under temporary suspension for a positive drug test ahead of his scheduled match against Eubank Jr—suddenly jumped into the ring and collided with Eubank.
Eubank Jr. stepped into the ring for his first match in 13 months, following his victory over Liam Smith, and it was also his debut with his new coach, Jonathon Banks. He started the fight with a strong performance.

He hit Szeremeta with a double jab, targeting both the body and the head. Eubank landed a sharp right cross and started to string together a series of punches.
A well-executed one-two punch knocked the Polish fighter down in the first round. However, Szeremta got back up and responded with a strong combination of his own, using a double jab to set up his cross.
The battle became tougher, and by the third round, Eubank had developed a cut above his right eyebrow.
In the following round, Eubank Jr unleashed a flurry of punches, and Szeremeta started to noticeably feel the impact of those blows.
He withstood the assault and signaled Eubank to come closer during the match. However, he didn't encourage Eubank to act impulsively.
While handling the cut, Eubank started to assert his dominance over his determined rival. Szeremeta threw a series of jabs and landed one on Eubank's chin in the sixth round, but Eubank quickly brushed it off.
Eubank's jab created an opening for a powerful cross. A stunning right cross sent Szeremeta crashing to the canvas once again.

A powerful right uppercut lifted the Pole's head, but just then the bell rang to signal the end of the round and halted Eubank's momentum.
In the opening moments of the seventh round, a left hook caught Szeremeta off guard, and a punch to the body caused him to go down on one knee.
Eubanks delivered a powerful left uppercut to Szeremeta's body, knocking him down for the fourth time. That prompted referee John Latham to stop the fight.
"I was really enjoying myself in the ring. I believe I could have wrapped it up in the first round, but since it's been a year since my last fight, I wanted to shake off some rust," Eubanks commented about his match.
When Benn showed up in front of him right after, they faced off against each other.
"This is the showdown that everyone is eager to witness, whether at 168 or 170 pounds," he said to Benn. "You can't boss me around anymore, kid. I'm ready to take you on next!"

Australia's Jai Opetaia successfully defended his IBF cruiserweight world title after European champion Jack Massey was withdrawn from the match in the sixth round.
Opetaia managed the fight expertly. As a left-handed fighter, he remained agile but channeled his movement into aggressive attacks. He continuously pressed forward, landing powerful left punches and targeting Massey’s body repeatedly, which wore him down over time.
He had the ability to throw Massey off balance and deliver that long cross right to his head as well.
A gash near Massey’s left eye streaked blood down his cheek and nose, evidence of the beating he was enduring.
In the fifth round, Opetaia intensified the fight, landing a powerful right hook that caught Massey square on the chin. The impact was painful for the determined Brit, who had to withstand another punishing blow.
In the sixth round, Opetaia stepped up his game once more. He started to close in on Massey, landing powerful blows and pushing him around the ring. The trainer for the challenger noticed something concerning and quickly jumped onto the ring apron to signal the end, deciding to pull his fighter out of the match.
