Cher accused of hiring men to kidnap her son

Cher and her son, Elijah Blue Allman were seen together at a movie premiere in the year 2001.
Allegations have been made against Cher, claiming that she employed a group of men to abduct her son while he was staying at a hotel with his spouse last year.
Elijah Blue Allman's partner, Marieangela King, has claimed in court papers that in November 2022, on the occasion of their anniversary, he was taken out of a hotel room in New York by four men.
According to reports, the couple was at the hotel trying to rescue their matrimony after initiating the process of divorce in 2021.
The BBC has reached out to Cher and Ms King's representatives to provide their statements.
Ms King stated in documents submitted during their divorce proceedings at the Los Angeles Superior Court, which were recently disclosed to the public, that she and Mr Allman had utilized a span of 12 days at a hotel to try and salvage their marriage.
According to a court statement made in December 2022, she stated that on the evening of their wedding anniversary, which was on November 30, 2022, after spending 12 days in New York together, four individuals came to their hotel room and took Mr. Allman from their room.
One of the four guys who abducted him claimed that they were employed by [Mr Allman's] mother, according to her statement.
Ms King stated in legal papers that her partner had been undergoing medical care at a facility since the beginning of August 2022. However, she asserted that no information regarding the location of the facility was provided to her and she did not have any way to communicate with him.
Last December, she gave a statement saying that she doesn't have any knowledge of her husband's condition or place. She also expressed her anxiety and uneasiness regarding the situation.
The individual mentioned is Mr. Allman, a person of 47 years with two famous parents, the renowned musician Gregg Allman and pop legend Cher. The aforementioned husband of Cher passed away.
He tied the knot with Ms King, who hails from the UK, back in 2013. Both of them possess musical talents.
In the past, Mr Allman talked about his issues with drugs and addiction. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight in 2014, he talked about the fact that he had been using drugs since he was just 11 years old.
