Conference League ticket news: Astana away
Chelsea will face Astana in the group stage of the UEFA Conference League on Thursday, December 12, with the match set to start at 8:30 PM local time.

Fans who do not pick up their tickets will not earn any loyalty points.
Fans enrolled in the UEFA away scheme who do not pick up their tickets will be taken out of the program.

We have been given a total of 1,187 tickets. This includes five tickets for non-ambulant individuals and five tickets for personal assistants. The ambulant tickets will come from the primary allocation.
Single Or Multiple Season Tickets For Business
Season tickets registered under a company name (as specified by the club) are not eligible for buying tickets to UEFA away games. If a season ticket holder has multiple season tickets under their name, they are only allowed to buy a single ticket for a UEFA away match.
After we receive all the completed declaration forms, a voucher will be sent via email to the ticket holder, rather than to the supporter who made the reservation.
To pick up your ticket, every fan must come in person with their collection voucher and a valid passport. Keep in mind that we cannot accept photocopies of the passport, and each person must collect their ticket themselves. Tickets cannot be transferred to others, so they cannot be picked up on behalf of someone else.

Every supporter should fill out a declaration form in its entirety after making a booking. It’s important that the form is filled out correctly, including the applicant's passport number.
Fans who buy two or more tickets in one go need to submit the application forms for that purchase all at once. If this requirement isn't met, your ticket won't be processed, and any loyalty points you earned will be taken away from your account after the event has happened.

From 10 AM on Monday, December 2, until 9 AM on Tuesday, December 3, fans enrolled in the UEFA away ticket program can buy one ticket. Those in the program will earn 500 temporary loyalty points. Because of the limited timeframe, fans who are part of the UEFA away scheme and choose not to buy a ticket will not be removed from the program. However, fans who do purchase a ticket but fail to collect it will be taken off the scheme.
On Tuesday, December 3rd, tickets will be available for purchase starting at 10 AM and continuing until 1:30 PM. Each season ticket holder is allowed to buy one ticket.
On Tuesday, December 3rd, starting at 2 PM, tickets will be available for purchase, with each member allowed to buy only one ticket.
Keep in mind that tickets will be distributed based on the order in which they are purchased.
Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively online.
