Charli XCX’s 25 Best Outfits and Fashion Looks, Ranked

Charli XCX and her stylist, Chris Horan, consistently hit the mark with their fashion choices. Whether it's her casual wear or her performance outfits, Charli always impresses. She experiments with her style through a range of looks, from a revealing mini dress by Dilara Findikoglu to oversized suits from Y/Project, and even an elaborate gown by Marni, showcasing her ability to play with different fashion elements.
Here are my 25 favorite fashion moments, presented in order of preference.

One of my favorite outfits from Charli was her custom Marni dress at this year's Met Gala, which was themed "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion." I loved this look because it truly captured the essence of the Met Gala theme, something that not many attendees manage to do effectively. The dress was made from vintage T-shirts that had been deliberately stretched and distressed, creating a unique combination of detail and delicacy that I find impressive.

Another one of my top looks from this year was when XCX took the stage at the H&M event to launch London Fashion Week. We've definitely seen her rock this "Charli uniform" before: a minidress (or you might call it an oversized tee), no pants, knee-high boots, tights, sunglasses, and styled hair. However, that's exactly why it deserves the second spot on my list.

At Wimbledon earlier this year, the pop singer sported an outfit by Beaufille that included a top, a skirt, and socks. Some people criticized this ensemble as "inappropriate," but the ensuing debate only added to its appeal. That’s why it ranks in my top three. If you understand it, you understand it.
Naturally, Charli XCX's appearance at the Met after-party in another standout Marni outfit is a close contender for the top spot. What's noteworthy about this look is that it veers away from the shape Charli typically favors, showcasing the diversity in her fashion sense.

In a surprising twist, Charli, typically seen in all black, opted for an all-white look for the Courrèges show in Paris. Her ensemble features a loose-knit sweater layered over a sheer bottom piece. Charli XCHICX.

Charli took the stage alongside Troye Sivan at the OVO Arena Wembley, wearing a creation by the Turkish designer Dilara Findikoglu. I believe that both Findikoglu's designs and Charli's artistic expression are deeply influenced by feminist ideals and subcultures, such as fetishes, making this collaboration a perfect match.

What really sets this Balenciaga outfit apart for me is the unique design of the deconstructed shirtdress. It’s a departure from Charli’s usual style and adds an element of surprise, making it just right for an occasion like her presence at the Balenciaga couture show in Paris.

Charli attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party in a see-through yellow outfit by Givenchy, and the subtle butter-yellow shade is what made this look stand out in the "best of" category. Of course, we also had to feature a photo of the back of the dress.
Seen exiting her hotel in New York, Charli is wearing a very short black t-shirt, low-rise trousers, and sleek pointed shoes. She truly embodies the essence of New York's princess.

Charli showed up at a dinner hosted by British GQ and Christian Louboutin sporting a leather jacket with a corset design and a sleek, wet-hair style. What's noteworthy about her outfit is that it offers more coverage than her usual attire, yet still reflects her trademark approach to experimenting with shapes and proportions. The defined shoulders and corset elements add a unique touch to the look.
