CASEY CHAOS (AMEN) dead at 59

Karim George Chmielinski, known as Casey Chaos of the band Amen, has sadly died at the age of 59.

Brian Perera, the founder and CEO of Cleopatra Records, shared his thoughts:

It is with a heavy heart that I want to express my sincerest sympathies to the family and friends of Casey Cahos.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Casey during his remarkable live show with Christian Death at the American Legion Hall in 1993. Entering the hall alongside my close friend Matt Green and my wife Yvonne was an experience etched in my memory—particularly the unforgettable sight of Nicolas Cage sitting in the front row, totally engrossed in the performance.

Casey wasn't just a remarkable musician; he fully embraced the lifestyle that came with it.

May he find eternal peace beside Rozz Williams and the countless troubled souls we hold in high regard.
