Fired? Here's What To Do

If you have lost your job, you might be able to receive statutory redundancy pay, compensatory notice pay, and holiday pay from the Insolvency Service.

You can find details about your entitlements, how to submit an application, and the method we use to determine payments on the GOV.UK website.

If you were employed by the company under a contract, you have the option to seek redundancy and other financial benefits from the Insolvency Service.

Employees and independent contractors who worked for the company are not qualified to submit an application. Instead, those individuals should reach out to the administrator to be listed as creditors.

See if you are eligible to receive redundancy compensation if you have been let go from your director position.

The manager will provide instructions on how to submit your application and assign you a unique reference number (e.g. CN12345678). With this information in hand, you can easily apply via the internet.

You can reach the manager at [email protected]

or by calling 0808 812 6951.

Typically, it usually takes about 2 weeks to review and approve claims for payment. But there are situations where we may require more details from the person or the administrator, which might cause some delay. Rest assured, we will reach out to you if we need any additional information. Our goal is to process and pay valid claims within 6 weeks of receiving the necessary documents.

In order to process all applications efficiently, we kindly ask that you refrain from reaching out to inquire about your application status until 6 weeks have elapsed.

Feel free to reach out to us by filling out our online contact form.
