A group of 30 individuals who specialize in mountain rescue were tasked with a significant operation to rescue the individual, as the area was experiencing an intense rainfall. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, they were unable to save her.

On Thursday, her relatives issued a declaration describing her as a jolly young lady who aspired to represent the Lionesses in the future.

According to the report, Leah Harrison was described as a cheerful, lively and carefree young girl who always had a radiant smile on her face, a hilarious laugh and an amusing sense of humor. She will always be remembered and her ambition of playing for the Lionesses will be achieved. May she fly high and rest peacefully in heaven.

We deeply cared for Leah who was an important member of our school community. Our hearts and minds go out to her loved ones, buddies, and the faculty.

Pupils and staff within the school are being given the opportunity to participate in counselling sessions.

We are all very surprised and would like to request that everyone gives the family and the school community their space to deal with this event.

Leah's family has posted on Facebook indicating that they intend to have a "balloon release" event at a nearby field on Monday at 4pm.

Specially trained officers are providing assistance to them.
