Bronny James unselected in first round of 2024 NBA Draft

The 2024 NBA draft had another French player chosen as the top pick for the second year in a row. This time, it was Zaccharie Risacher who went first, followed by Alex Sarr at No. 2. This comes after Victor Wembanyama, who is considered a once-in-a-generation talent, was selected first by the Spurs in the previous draft.

Two more French players were selected in the initial round, as the Charlotte Hornets chose Tidjane Salaun as the sixth pick and the New York Knicks opted for Pacome Dadiet at 25.

Another big topic of conversation tonight was about Bronny James. The son of LeBron James did not get picked in the first round of the draft, so he will have to keep waiting to see if he gets chosen in the upcoming rounds. Bronny's stats from his first year of college were not impressive, but many believe he has great potential. Some teams may even consider drafting him in hopes of getting LeBron to join their team in the future.
