Lately, amidst the news about Brad Pitt's difficult divorce with Angelina Jolie, there have been reports in the gossip magazines that he has been quietly seeing a woman named Ines de Ramon. The couple became more visible over the weekend at the Venice International Film Festival, where Pitt is promoting a movie with George Clooney. It appears that Pitt and his girlfriend have been spending a lot of time with Clooney and his wife, Amal. They were spotted enjoying a meal with Apple TV executives on Saturday, and then de Ramon and Pitt made their first public appearance together on the red carpet at the movie premiere on Sunday. Here is what we know about their relationship.
According to the Daily Mail, she is employed at a high-end jewelry company in Los Angeles and is fluent in Spanish, French, and German. There is some uncertainty about her age, as some sources claim she is 31 while others state she is 34. Pitt is 60 years old.
Prior to dating Pitt, de Ramon was previously married to Paul Wesley, an actor from The Vampire Diaries. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2019 after dating for a year and split up three years later. Their divorce was officially settled in February.
Ramon and Pitt were spotted together for the first time at a concert in Los Angeles by Bono in November 2022, just a few months after news of their breakup became public. Since then, they have been seen together at various events, dinners, trips, and date nights after awards shows. In February, there were reports that they had moved in together - which would be his first serious relationship since separating from Jolie, according to the Daily Mail. Pitt and Jolie, who got married in 2014, have been in a bitter divorce battle for eight years. Jolie has accused Pitt of assaulting her and their children during a private flight in 2016, and now some of the children are not using Pitt's last name.
Talking about Jolie, a recent report from "Page Six" mentioned that Pitt has been spending a significant amount of time this summer with de Ramon at Château Miraval, the winery that is at the heart of his never-ending divorce with Jolie.
De Ramon and Pitt have been having an eventful European summer, going from Miraval to the British Grand Prix in July and now to Venice. The festival's artistic director even hinted in a Vanity Fair interview that their schedules were carefully planned so their trips wouldn't overlap. Perhaps for the fall, they will take part in some high-profile activity together, like tasting French grapes in a vineyard.
