Bianca Censori, who is married to Kanye West, took a dangerous chance by wearing only sheer tights during a shopping outing in Paris that could have led to her being imprisoned.
The rapper was fully clad in a black leather jacket, coordinating joggers, and sneakers, and was spotted in the company of her.
In the country of France, it is against the law according to the criminal code to uncover any "private parts" in an area where the general public has access to. Doing so could result in up to one year of jail time and a fine of €15,000.
Being naked does not automatically mean you are being inappropriate or breaking the law. In fact, the law is structured in a manner that exempts people who are practicing naturism in designated areas from any legal action.
After tying the knot with West, who goes by the name Ye, Censori gained a reputation for her daring outfit selections. Recently, she was spotted at the forefront of Milan Fashion Week, barely clothed.
Italy has laws that are comparable to France's, wherein individuals may face a fine of €10,000 or imprisonment due to their clothing choices.
According to the Italian Constitutional Court, an individual who exposes themselves in or near a location where children are present could be subject to incarceration ranging from four months to four years.
Last January, during a Hollywood Walk of Fame event celebrating R&B artist Charlie Wilson, Ye was questioned about Bianca's ability to make her own choices. Some individuals have claimed that he dictates her decisions.

A fight started between the musician and the cameraman who inquired him.
