Children in Need: Welsh stars gather to support fundraising

Wynne Evans, Derek Brockway, and Ian 'H' Watkins are some of the celebrities contributing to collecting funds for the Children in Need campaign of the current year.
Well-known figures gathered outside the BBC edifice in Cardiff to collect money for children and young people in the UK who are facing obstacles.
Last year's charity event held by BBC was able to raise a total of £51 million.
Wynne Evans, the triumphant contestant of the ongoing season of the famous show, Celebrity Master Chef, expressed his delight and excitement at being a part of the competition.
Derek Brockway, the weather forecaster, expressed his excitement about contributing to charity by participating in a special episode of his show Weatherman Walking, which was aimed at collecting funds for Children in Need. He believed that the experience was unique and genuinely gratifying to be a part of.
The day of Children in Need is one that weather presenter Derek Brockway always anticipates with excitement.
"It's pleasant to know the beneficiaries and the destination of the funds," he expressed.
This demonstrates the significant value of the charity and the significant positive impact it has on children and youth.
Ian 'H' Watkins, the singer, expressed his delight in participating in the charity event in his birthplace, stating that it was "delightful."
Additional attempts to collect funds have involved Vernon Kay, a BBC Radio 2 host, successfully finishing an ultra-marathon that generated £3.7m in donations.
Ian 'H' Watkins, who was situated at the centre, had lent a hand in Cardiff to gather funds for this year's Children in Need fundraiser.
The charity organization Children in Need helps more than one hundred projects located in Wales. They are most famous for their annual fundraising event, the appeal night, which was initially aired in November 1980.
After that time, it has collected more than one billion pounds for children and young individuals who are facing disadvantages.
Ade Adepitan, Mel Giedroyc, Alex Scott, Chris Ramsey, Jason Manford, and Lenny Rush are the hosts of this year's fundraiser.
The exhibition is going to have a special scene of Doctor Who that was created by Russell T Davies before the three upcoming 60th anniversary specials.
